Pros

After spending my first months in my career at Insight, I have created meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients. People have a vested interest in helping me grow as an analyst and as person. I have enjoyed the work I have been doing along with the people. Id recommend this consulting gig to anyone interested in pricing, strategy or helping companies overcome barriers. The company became aware that it was underpaying their employees compared to the market from feedback. After hiring a third party they just completed a market rate adjustment on top of merit raises. It shows that the company takes feedback, lives their values and cares about their employees. I look forward to seeing the company grow that they continue to invest in the future through its people, technology and direction of the business.

Cons

The company is fast paced, which offers a lot of opportunities to bite off more than you can chew. Generally this is a good thing, however it is on you to determine if it is too much or too far out of your area of opportunity. Thankfully people listen and offer help or advise when needed.
