Middle management does not know how to coach or train employees. They never mention that you did something wrong until every consultants or co worker mentions that the work you you did is wrong. By the time they try to help you, they set you up for failure with their micromanaging. The math behind the way they price is funky and does not use statistics for validation. The only reason they are profitable is because capital management firms are obligating the client companies to work with I2P. BTW the company has less than 80 people so they know who posts in Glassdoor. The reviews about how bad things are in the company are true. Some managers are the exception but they are the few ones that clients like engaging with.

--Management is highly unprofessional, repeatedly failing to accept accountability for project hurdles. Management regularly attempts to scapegoat employees in an effort to deflect personal accountability for project challenges. --Management frequently disrespects employees through gender stereotyping and abusive language, practicing demoralization to attempt to force employee submission and foster employee feeling of inferiority. --Through management's overriding refusal to be accountable for negative results, management fosters an overall work environment fraught with distrust and confusion.
