Pros

You will learn hell lot of things in minimum span of time. Despite company being 20 years old, work culture is still like a start up. They work very aggressively. Customers are given utmost priority.

Cons

No flexible timings. Work/social life balance becomes tough.

Absolutely none..run away as fast as you possibly can if you are even called for an interview.

Cons

Extremely archaic HR rules. All decisions made only by CEO..and everyone is expected to follow blindly. Very very inefficient and insecure senior management that tries very hard to make a new comer fail at their job. Company does not want to spend any money at all and follows success metrics established 20 years ago. Senior and old managers believe in bullying and harassment as a means to get work done..almost makes you wonder how come they haven't been sued as yet and made to shut down their business.
