Not a healthy work environment, requires discipline. Poor planning and decision making. Low pay

1. Unethical relationships in the management (you will know when you join) with the managers exploiting and abusing people below to save their positions. 2. Managers have no work ethics or qualifications to lead. They hire best talent to force them to do things their way, throw you under the bus when results don't happen ( as you would expect). 3. Managers abuse their employees. You will hear several stories of how they hired the best talent and the manager (One manager in particular) repeatedly abused them and got them fired or they left the company 4. HR is a puppet. If you raise your voice, you are out. 5. Cheap people. They will provide you nothing except tea and coffee. So you stay 12 hours in the office or more, you stay empty stomach and work 6. CEO has no vision. He only blames everybody else for his failures. Definitely like to mention those lectures on values, and hard work and success, none of which he actually follows 7. They will pay you way below the industry standards 8. No career growth, roles are not defined. 9. Toxic environment. Most good talent prefer to be quiet and obey the orders. The ones who are doing good in the company are the ones who only backbite, abuse others, are not qualified to be in the positionn.
