-Stay away. Especially if you're seeking a sales or account management role. -Their professional services team is a complete disaster. Unqualified lead by the unqualified. -Unfortunately, this team must be leveraged to configure the product for the customer, but all they're really doing is putting a bandaid on a unhealable wound. The product is that bad. - Platform is extremely difficult to navigate and use without extensive training. - Platform is extremely buggy, continuously experiences glitches and lag time. - Account management consists of talking customers off the ledge, followed by trying to sell them thousands of dollars of training or professional services. -Upper management lacks strategy, common sense, and decision-making skills. -CEO comes off as having a great vision for the company. Don't be fooled.
