Pros

Integris treat their employee no note than craps. After working 15 years in INTEGRIS Deaconess I got only 1.2 % pay raise . There was no one to tell me why this happen.

Cons

there are too many cheifs treat their employee as new era of slavery. Integris has insurance which is close network and they do not cover any other providers . I and my children has no other choice to either go to integris or pay full out of pocket for my health care needs. Due to my cultural and religious belief is not incorporated in my health care . So I forced to choose diffrent institution for my healthcare needs . Even though I had integris Insurance , i had been treated as self pay.

Pros

I got to work with some good people but terrible management. Got a turkey for thanksgiving. Not really much to say!

Cons

Terrible rigid policies. Untrusting. Overbearing micro managers. This company made me feel that I was not appreciated whatsoever. Never got time off work and they made you use PPL even when management made decisions to send you home in inclement weather. You just couldn't ask for a day off without pay to take care of business or leave early without pay to go to the doctor. Especially if you have children that have appointments or get ill. So basically it was almost impossible to build up time to actually take a "vacation". No flexibility at all! I felt as if I was supposed to be a robot. If we made certain goals we got to wear jeans and they made us feel like that was doing us a favor. They hire employees family members in the same department. They promote their "friends" Too many layers of management. Worst experience I have ever had. Corporate Corporate Corporate. Need I say more?
