      Pros

      People who have been there for years live out LOVE LEARN and LEAD.

      Cons

      CEO is less than stellar and has brought with him less than stellar peers. It seems much more about the money than it should.

      Pros

      Large Integris network. Decent in network benefits.

      Cons

      They don't have every specialty provider I need so I have to go out of network sometimes.

      INTEGRIS offers great coverage for medical, dental and vision. There are many other benefits such as personal paid leave, retirement savings, tuition reimbursement, etc.

      Self Scheduling is used in most departments.

      Cons

      They do not value their employees. Administration and HR department are clearly staffed with people who only value management.
