      The administration is truly trying to match pay for their nurses to the national average. The system is growing and trying to keep up with the demand of the state. Most of the higher-ups are encouraging and have open ears for their staff.

      Cons

      A few toxic bad apples here and there make life difficult for some departments. Women’s Services across the system is struggling to have streamlined protocols and stay up with current research.
