      Pros

      Lots of wonderful physicians, nurses, physical therapists, respiratory, etc. Would work here again and would absolutely recommend anybody in healthcare to check them out. Their outlook also seems to emphasize learning from mistakes rather than fearing punishment, which I greatly appreciated.

      Compensation could have been better.

      Good benefits packages, administration is more understanding then you’ld think, management was good

      Cons

      Some of the RNs were horrible to anyone who wasn’t a nurse or doctor. God complex if you will. I cried a lot when I got home out of the frustration.
