Great company, unfair raises

I love working for this company. They are professional and always striving to better the systems and processes we use daily.

Cons

The raise system is completely unfair. The people with the final say of your raise, doesn't even know who you are because the company is so big. My direct supervisor has no say in what I should make based on my experience and knowledge.
