The mission - INTEGRIS has a wonderful mission; and it's great to know the work you do actually helps others.
Cons
The new CIO, Mark Pasquale, is a terrible person and, perhaps, a worse leader. He is only interested in his ideas and does not appreciate or encourage diverse opinions. He is transforming the shop into a model that looks more like the 80s than a modern IT shop. None of the Vice Presidents, Directors, and the CIO get along; and very little is offered in the way of support for management and employees. Management is very directive to employees and does not believe in giving autonomy to skilled professionals. In short, the shop has gone from one of the best to the absolute worst one I've ever worked at. I highly discourage anyone from joining this shop; much better options exist in the marketplace.
