Pros
Very little micromanaging is done.
Cons
Took a lot of benefits from employees in fear of medicare depletion, but in that time medicare went up. Never gave the benefits back. Yearly raises are given at the exact rate as everyone else, not dependent on your job performance. Pay does not equal competitors. Heavily political and a strong hierarchy structure which makes it difficult to grow as an employee into management.
