      Pros

      A third of my life is spent at home, a third sleeping and the last third at work. It is important for me to work with co-workers and leaders that create a family-like environment. And that is what I have experienced in my 8 years working here so far.

      Cons

      It is a long walk from the parking lot to the campus.

      Supervisors are supportive and very involved in helping their employees be successful. Integris health offers an excellent wellness program to help employees better themselves.

      Cons

      Integris health's weakest point is their pay. Other facilities within the same category offer higher wages for the same job title and they also offering differing wages from one facility to another for the same job class.
