      Pros

      I worked at the child care center and it was wonderful! People are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      I left due to management issues in 2010, however I believe those issues have been resolved since then.

      The corporate side of things puts more work on the go getters without dealing with the non motivated employees.

      Pros

      Decent pay a day family environment. Usually is not an issue when I need to take off, but they know they will get that time back.

      Cons

      Not a good place to work if you are a self driven person. You will be run into the ground. If mgmt would deal with the under performing people, it could be one of the best places in OKC to work.

      Pros

      Integris Baptist provides a well rounded benefit package for their staff. Created an environment that offers opportunity for quality of life thru annual health fair, and continued education programs. Promotes employee engagement thru seasonal socials and community outreach programs. Ergonomic well fair of employees is provided through a case manager who preforms a station work study.

      Cons

      Not much to say here I enjoyed my short time at Integris and would recommend to all as a place to for employment.
