Employee health is not practiced by the management. I naively found out that Human Relations isn't to promote healthy interactions in areas of personality friction, but to insure the legal integrity of the company, indeed reports are not fully investigated, HR's information is soley from Management. To have valid employee concerns addressed employees must resort to Grievance letters, or as in one case I know-suing the Director of their department.

They do not value their employees. Administration and HR department are clearly staffed with people who only value management.
