      Pros

      Integris has a comprehensive transplant program, an advanced cardiovascular program, several specialized Intensive Care Units etc. and more at their flagship hospital.

      Cons

      Current employees tell me that they are concerned about possible changes in organizational structure, outsourcing etc. which may result in layoffs.

      INTEGRIS's values are LOVE, LEARN & LEAD. We have many specialty units and Centers of Excellence with the change for caregivers to specialize and to truly follow career paths. As in business and with most organizations, INTEGRIS moves forward with growth and changes. For instance our INTEGRIS Health Edmond is more than doubling in size; The Executive Leadership Team hired a new Chief HR Officer in October, 2019, so the outlook is positive.

      Nice facility, good equipment, magnet status hospital.

      Cons

      Pay seems to be lower than other comparable hospitals. Per diem rate hasn’t changed in >15 yrs which is absurd. Raises are once a year and not even $1...
