Pros
I really enjoyed the hospital and the unit that I worked on. They offered good incentives like paying for school while you worked here
Cons
The pay is not enough to sustain paying real bills in the real world. $11 at 36 hours a week… you do the math. CNA’s work very hard and are the backbone of healthcare!!! They deserve better pay. I was only offered more pay once I said I was going to PRN status. And even that took too long.
