* HR has never been active to see what is happening at the offices. Doesn´t even care or bother. Non - existent *Filled day with endless meetings and no solution. *Very little increment per year, not even inflation. * Always doing something out of job-scope. * No transparency with bonus * Poor communication * Changing priorities and no strategies * Lack of leadership and management
