Pros
The job can be flexible, certain departments can be very busy which means OT is available but not mandatory, job security and benefits. Great employees for the most part.
Cons
Do not expect an annual raise or bonus each year. (Raise is not base on performance) If moving to a different department/cross work expect to be slaved and when promoted expect more work and same pay. Management does not care. If need to they’ll find someone.
