Great Pay but not the best leadership

The pay was great! My manager was really understanding when I needed time off. Work life balance was superb. I really appreciate the time that I spent with the team I worked with. Now that time has passed I realized what a great opportunity I had working with this company.

Cons

I worked hard for the money and extra roles were directed to me frequently regardless of my work load. For some odd reason, all the physicist thought they were my direct manager. Leadership and management was lacking in a concise direction.

Fellow employees yelling about starting a coup and taking the president out, How a company that takes govt contracts can have people yelling about such things in the office and spilling out into the main hallway is crazy.
