I honestly have more cons than pros with this company.The boss in shipping is fair but higher ups limit possibilities, I think he tries his best. During the summer the building is air conditioning and in the winter there is heat, the bathrooms and break room and usually clean. When there is overtime. Yearly bonus. Health insurance works for me.

Poor raises, favoritism, you can learn new things and get no raise, short staffed, cutting of overtime, layoffs, lack of communication, lack of structure, poor hourly wages,
