Flex-time and benefits are the only good

Cons

Medical benefits are awful- expensive and doesn't cover anything.. no cost of living raises, no overtime, over worked and under paid workers. It's only getting worse.

Company is struggling, not doing well. They made changes, but that might be too late. Lots of people are leaving due to the furloughs and Layoffs. Some by their own choice. Overtime use to be in abundance.
