      Company is good to work, new technology, learning here Good company if you are from Trumpf, SLTL

      Cons

      IPG Photonics India Pvt. Ltd. is good if you are from Trumpf, SLTL bcoz MD love trumpf, SLTL peoples, MD doesn't explore himself in other industries, now they are hiring the peoples from Trumpf. Directors promised company will support but its only hoax. Not able to manage the team, team works is zero. MD will trust only his 2-3 peoples out of 30 peoples, that peoples will get anything, and MD given manager post to his trustee but reality they are not able to handle this position due to this heavy turbulence is there, everybody is effected with this except MD & its trustee. Management is not able to make Strategy how to grab the market, company is running in India because customer is demanding his laser source only.

      This company doesn't have any pros.

      Cons

      Avoid this company if possible. This company is filled with juvenile project managers, who have no experience in efficiently handing projects. They over-promise the customer, and the engineers are DEMANDED to work for 80-100 hrs a week to meet the deadline as promised by the PMs. The engineers are always blamed for not meeting deadlines, while the managers enjoy annual performance bonuses. This company also doesn't have any performance review system, so until you don't ask for a raise, you won't get it. The work culture is pretty abrasive and hostile. Engineers often get yelled at for not working enough.

      Good starting pay with yearly bonus

      Cons

      Little chance to advance position. First shift starts too early, 5:00am and second shift ends too late 1:15am. HR policies are very strict and don't allow wiggle room on things like bonuses and raises.
