Pros

You can develop yourself, training programs are good.

Cons

Inflation rates do not apply, company is ending up paying less than what you've started in the first place over the years. Experience doesn't really matter to your paycheck.

Pros

Used to have a fast pace of innovatioon with highly competent and professional people across the board in all departments under the visionary leadership of the old CEO and IPG Founder before he passed away.

Cons

After the new CEO laid off the top advanced R&D teams in March-April 2022 and cut nearly all new technology developments aimed at diversification into new markets, IPG is not nearly as innovative as it used to be. The company seems to be going into a cash cowing mode and it might be doomed if it goes like that for multiple years. The lost innovation potential will be extremely difficult for IPG to recover.
