Pros

It's rare to find a company that is doing so well and it's a direct result of our industry-leading technology and talented employees. We work hard and the payoff is worth it. This type of environment will never happen again for me in my lifetime, so I'm going to enjoy it.

Cons

We would love an onsite cafeteria.

Communication, initiative and learning is discouraged. Robots are expected. No parental leave for employees. No environmental concern. Disregard for women. Old macho boys club. Management by perception, not by facts. Nepotism. Secretiveness.
