Thank you for taking the time to review us. We try to offer all the advantages that you list and I hope that you take full advantage of the training and the projects in your daily activities. We are aware that the recent pace of change can be overwhelming as we are growing at a fast pace, and we know that we must improve on making internal opportunities more visible and more transparent. We intend to resolve this through the introduction of new HR systems and tools. Thank you for raising these issues.
