My direct supervisor was genuinely supportive, knowledgeable, and understanding - one of the best parts of the role. The company also provides solid tools to do your work effectively.
Cons
Upper management was consistently disorganized, often giving conflicting direction and visibly arguing in front of staff. When the company was acquired, there was no structured onboarding to new processes — yet employees were criticized for mistakes that resulted from that lack of guidance. Most concerning: leadership hosted a company-wide roadshow touting growth and stability shortly before conducting layoffs. The “family-style culture” they promoted did not match the reality. The layoffs were timed before bonuses were paid out, and the same role was reposted on Indeed the following day at a reduced salary.
