Pros

Good flow of work if you like to travel, weekly pay, and you can pretty much set your own schedule if you're part-time.

Cons

Where do I begin? Zero appreciation for the investigators who are the bread and butter for any investigative company. They play favoritism, certain managers will micromanage you, and the system they use for payroll is horrible. This company hires people with little to no experience, to include managers that have absolutely NO field experience at all, and they're responsible for managing seasoned investigators. Upper management is a complete joke. Watch out for "shadow Karen" too. She loves to use the boiler plate speech of "the shadows didn't move in your video for 4 hours" when she's trying to terminate you. She doesn't like people to stand up for themselves and is extremely unprofessional. Another "in charge" person with no field experience. Certain managers will completely change your report to state the opposite of what you observed during surveillance. Other managers will never answer their phone when you call with an update on your file. When asked about raises, was always told that they're not giving them out at the moment, but yet, have no problem with giving free hours to clients on the daily. Company has a very high turnover rate, and understandably so. Lowest paying company out there with the highest expectations. Remember, you get what you pay for. If you like drama, low wages, no appreciation, micromanaging, and having incompetent leadership/management, then this is the company for you! They definitely will not disappoint.

Pros

I can work from home

Cons

Not enough work, CEO just took away our vacation and we do not have any other benefits. No holiday pay, no STD, no LTD, no raises. Medical benefits are outrageous in cost. You read that right! NO vacation and you are expected to work on Holidays to meet your case requirement! They said they will pay you 10 days MINUS time at end of Year! You sit and hit a button all day hoping to catch a case and then have nothing to look forward too because ISG does not care about its employees. No ladders, no perks. Their was no reason to take away PTO time other than your greed. Now families cannot plan vacations, or even go on vacation because most people live paycheck to paycheck and now cannot count on a vacation paycheck. So if you want to sit at a desk at home for 7 days a week and hope you get work, with no PERKS or Benefits, come aboard.

Pros

Getting better pay and more cases when you leave.

Cons

Any of the other national insurance investigative agencies will offer you at least $2 more per hour and they might actually give you work. After months of paperwork requirements and installing software to upload test files, weeks go by without any contact from case managers. Young and inexperienced office staff is constantly changing and arrogant supervisors will only return your calls if they feel like cursing you …
