I currently work for about 15 investigative companies, and they are the WORST by far. Here are the cons: -extremely low pay -sexist (they pay men more than woman) -horrible case managers (rude, inconsiderate, not helpful, harass you) -they do not care about you -don’t care about their work product, they just want to get paid -losing clients

The environment is abrasive to employees, especially FEMALES. There has been a lot of screaming and condescending remarks made by upper management to employees You will be threatened with non payment for a job if you do not get the report in exactly on time or if a R/S does not extend 20 minutes. Company server went down' not long ago and virused many investigator's personal computers, There is no case management system for the investigators to review files or submit updates and reports - everything is submitted on word documents including timesheets. Pay is, well, way below average for the industry. (Most) females are paid far less than male investigators. SIU is paid flat rate and if you don't take 20 pictures and include on your report, you may be threatened with non-payment. A large number of good managers and investigators have left due to changes in the company a few years back. Many of us won't even put this company on our resume.
