      Gotta Be Something Better

      Pros

      The client we work for is amazing. I have dreamed IST will lose the contract and this client will take us all in. Many opportunities to learn new skills and to sharpen other ones.

      Cons

      The pay is awful, not even close to similar positions in this area, the benefits are too expensive and don't cover much. There is a lot of promotion going on for the robotic and OCD inclined. Very sexist in their hiring processes, only former beauty pagent contestants used in sales. And if they could sell that might be good but our area has seen no new sites for over 5 years.

      They do not care about their managers or team members

      Pros

      the only pro was the company i was contracted to work for cared about my team and included as into their environment as family

      Cons

      IST has poor review systems, they encourage you not to give your employees good reviews, they are not supportive and do not really seem to care it is hard as a manager to motivate employees so turnover was a big problem. their "star" program is a mess and leaves the best managers left to constantly train other sites employees

      Pros

      Could be a great job, if you had the correct tools and money for the needed staff to do the job.

      Cons

      Incorrect software for they type of work being done at this site, not hiring the correct skill set in employees. Benefits taken away.
