      Work schedule Monday thru Friday (8 to 5). The employees and client are really nice,

      Cons

      Some days are stressful than others but are manageable to get through. Some managers micromanage more than others.

      Pros

      Excellent facility to work at, beautiful suburban campus. This just happened to be the case; IST had no control over that feature.

      Cons

      I was warmly welcomed aboard though I had little direct experience. The company and I both considered myself overeducated and overqualified. for the job, but I was winding down a long career and looking for something uncomplicated. I was promised direct supervisor training weekly, but received almost none. Company leadership seemed distracted, and feedback eventually included veiled threats of dismissal without clear explanation. No proactive leadership per se. The customer was very cold from day 1 and obviously did not want me on the job. Very little company support for me or my team, only disciplinary measures.
