      ability to advance is based on merit, not seniority. very supportive community/culture! fun events, too

      benefits are getting better but there is always room for improvement. the new PTO days being added really helps

      Periodically, Management compels/forces employees to leave positive reviews on Glassdoor. This happened while I was there and seems to have recently happened again. You can see evidence of it in the rating trend (sub-2.5 for a long period, then jumped to 3.4 inside of a month) and dates of the ratings. It's very obvious, don't fall for it. The fact they need to do this tells you all you need to know about working for this company.

      The company has no growth. Annual pay stays the same. It all depends on which company has contracted IST Mgnt.
