      Pros

      You finally get paid holidays although the clients have been paying for it this entire time. You learn lots of skills you can take with you to a better job.

      Cons

      -Healthcare benefits are not worth it -They do not match your 401k -High expectations with low pay -Horrible raises even with excellent reviews -They hire anybody just so they can have bodies at a site.

      I'm excited to share that in 2018 IST was able to increase our PTO for our new employees from 13 to 19 days per year as well as offer a 3rd tier medical plan and reduced rates for our employee only medical coverage. It is always our goal to promote from within as our career path and internal promotions are the fastest way to advancing your career and rate of pay outside of annual review increases and performance bonus opportunities.       Pros

      IST is a nationwide established company (over 20 years old) that is still growing and hiring employees of all levels. There are openings from entry level up to senior management and if you are a hard worker and want to promote and advance, there are opportunities for you to make your career here. Many of their senior managers started in entry level positions and worked their way up. There are also a lot of different employee incentive and recognition programs to motivate employees and make them feel like they are an important part of the company.

      Cons

      Because of what our company does, our employees are often spread out over a lot of different locations so it's harder to get to know everyone in your city. But we usually have 1 or 2 fun social events a year so that we can get to know everyone that works in our city and feel more connected.
