Pros

Very comprehensive training process - even working remote I always feel very supported and encouraged.

Cons

So far I haven't felt any cons; it's been a great transition as I switch careers, I guess if I had to pick something, my starting salary was a little lower than I originally requested. On the flip side, the benefits are very generous.

Zero appreciation for loyal employees.

Pros

Good benefits and unlimited PTO for some.

Cons

- Upper management acts like royalty. - The owners of the company treat you like you're lower than dirt. The COO grimaces at you when you try to say hi. - They boast about how much money they made, then turn around and give everyone the lowest annual raise they possibly can. -No bonuses. -Hard working, loyal, veteran employees are fired on the spot with no warning and without explanation, leaving everyone else to pick up the slack with little to no training to prepare them for the position left empty. -Mass firings occur without warning. -Hard work is rarely appreciated and often goes unnoticed. -Issues within teams are swept under the rug. Constructive suggestions are welcomed but ignored.

Pros

Medical benefits and "unlimited" PTO

Cons

-Your work will be under appreciated, and the people who do appreciate it get let go -Paid unfairly, I was paid the same amount the entire time I worked there, even though I went through title changes -EVERYONE is underpaid. The only way to get a raise is to threaten to leave -They fire people with no warning at all and no proof of reason -Absolutely no job security, people were being let go left and right -The COO does not care about helping the employees in any way -Please do not work here, you deserve to be treated better!!
