Pros

- Lots of good friendly people - Nice San Mateo location.

Cons

- Incompetent managers that does not know how to manage large projects, it's a cluster-F when several teams try to collaborate to complete a project - Managers has different standards, and doesn't practice what they preach - Managers will tell you they will help you, but instead throw you under the bus - Tons of useless daily meetings that takes up most of the day which does not allow you to get your work done - Too many useless processes that you have to do get something completed - Product is super convoluted with useless tools and functionality that no one knows the correct way of doing things which I feel bad for schools who purchase our product -- this product probably makes kids stupid instead of smart - Super low pay

Pros

Great product, smart owners, always improving and updating to meet customer needs, privately held. Benefits are good. Commission structure is decent IF you can make high quota expectations.

Cons

Sales leadership needs improvement starting at the top. Poor sales leadership equaled poor team performance and little respect from team. All about the money, did not care about employees. Not a lot of opportunities for change in job opportunities because most jobs require in person/hybrid. Pay is lower comparative to market pay with other Ed Tech or Tech companies.
