      Great, but not consistent

      Pros

      Flexible hours, nice coworkers, and good platform that's easy to use

      Cons

      I loved being a Virtual Instructor here, but they've had mass lay offs recently and it's not a reliable source of income. One day, I got a bonus for stellar job performance and a couple of weeks later I was laid off in a mass layoff because their enrollment numbers were so low.

      Pros

      Remote Friendly, Great Community between co-workers, and involved with helping Education. A wide Variety of things to learn and to help Educators and Students alike with. Decent Pay for the remote work with Over-Time readily available during busy seasons. Good Benefits offered.

      Cons

      Inefficient Training on the Content of the Systems Supported - one learns more through constantly not-knowing-and-asking-questions for senior members when attempting to help live-calls/chats/emails. Workload can be overwhelming with Short-Staffing issues and complicated situations. Limited Mobility Options through Ranks. Low Raises each year.

      great students from all over world, awesome counselor, colleagues, and supervisors

      Cons

      Loyal Teachers get cut from new hr employee who has less than 6 months experience and seniority than teachers! Student Enrollments were down since COVID times. Obvious favoritism
