Pros

Remote Friendly, Great Community between co-workers, and involved with helping Education. A wide Variety of things to learn and to help Educators and Students alike with. Decent Pay for the remote work with Over-Time readily available during busy seasons. Good Benefits offered.

Cons

Inefficient Training on the Content of the Systems Supported - one learns more through constantly not-knowing-and-asking-questions for senior members when attempting to help live-calls/chats/emails. Workload can be overwhelming with Short-Staffing issues and complicated situations. Limited Mobility Options through Ranks. Low Raises each year.

Pros

Remote options, benefits are decent

Cons

Pay is low for industry, unfair workloads person to person, absolute chaos since merger regarding business processes, zero support for career growth, upper management needs to GO.

Pros

remote work, good technology, free cell phone, paid travel

Cons

The Assist Dir of PD is a huge racist and fires anyone of color. I've had 3 Black male friends fired this year and they were good too. It is only because they were Black. The AD makes open comments about people of color and people of different needs. There is NO job security. The HR department doesn't back up it's policies so you'll get fired on the spot.
