Pros

Genuinely talented people and a caring environment and culture. Company goes above and beyond to make sure their employees feel valued, acknowledged, and heard. Great work life balance and company perks. Programs are educational, fun and engaging. Company uses its core values to train and process a lot of their key decision making.

Cons

Many of our programs were not designed by our company but rather purchased and adopted into our library of offerings. For this reason, it has become quite complicated to integrate and modify them to meet the ever changing needs and demands of our districts and customer needs. This becomes a problem if you are in product management, software engineering, sales, or success management.
