Pros

I love being an Imagine Learning/Edgenuity virtual teacher. You don't only teach but also learn. The company provides professional development trainings which you can also use in your other job. The more enrollees you have the higher the number of hours that you can put every week. There's a sense of belonging in this company.

Cons

The pay should be higher.

Pros

I was part time, so I could choose my own hours Even though it is online, they try to build a team so you don't feel isolated at your job

Cons

The pay was very low, with less than 3% raise per year.
