Pros

I once thought very highly of this company. They were an exceedingly great company with enormous potential. They historically have done amazing and wonderful things that have changed countless lives and made the world a better place. They have eternally made a powerful positive impact on mankind by greatly blessing the lives of the schools, students, and students' families whom they serve. They also paid me to learn a lot of new and useful technologies that helped my career. They helped with my skill growth. They were also enjoyable to work with for many different things. They have good food and a fun working environment. There are many bright and innovative people who work here. They really gave me a lot of hope for a time. They gave me a lot of freedom until I was terminated.

Cons

Oh Imagine Learning, how long will you go on in your way to destruction? How long will you deceive yourselves and contradict yourselves and lead your employees astray? How long will you continue to make choices that will inevitably bring failure and destruction as a company upon you? How long will you reject the counsel of your owner? How long will you misjudge yourselves by casting out the righteous from among you until you are fully ripe? How long will you strain at a gnat and swallow a camel, so to speak? How long will you deceive yourselves and lie to yourselves and your employees? How deep must you be in the path of your self-deception? Was the truth not made clear to you? Was it not made plain enough for you? Was it not made so explicitly clear that it was impossible to deny? And do you not already take credit of it for yourselves? How dare you. You think the blessings will continue to pour out upon you... You know not the hand that you have severed. You know not the head that you have betrayed. They were yours, and now are they gone. What have you done? Will you trick yourselves and not even realize what damage you are bringing upon your organization and to those whom you claim to serve? My heart is pained for you because of the inevitable failure that you are bringing upon your organization because of your choices unless you greatly change your ways. It is an exceedingly great tragedy. So much potential, and all for nothing! All to be folded in one day as another great business opportunity that missed the mark in a tragic way and lost the ability to reach its divine potential. You could have done so much more good! This destruction has been made sure unless a great correction is made as Imagine Learning has never seen before. Like nobody has seen before. It would need to be an epic transformation that nobody had ever expected. It would create great shock waves and divide the company. But it would prevent the destruction that would otherwise be inevitable. My heart is pained because of you and because of the opportunity that you are missing for the children whom you claim to serve. You had so much potential! But the children... You do not love them! You do not think of them! Perhaps you think you do, but you actually do not! You just don't get it. Not sufficiently. You just don't get it enough. You would not! You do not think of what you are doing to them with your ways of choices. You do not think of what you are doing to the children. You do not think of what you are doing to their classrooms. You just wouldn't get it! You have missed the mark. You have followed the wrong voice. And for you to reach this point, will you not heed this warning? Will you succumb to the hardness of your hearts? The hearts that are being hardened at this very moment? The hearts that I once thought were soft? The hearts with so much potential? Will you need to learn the hard way? You will have brought it upon yourselves! I shudder to think of it. I did everything in my power to prevent it, but you would not. Oh, Imagine Learning, how great potential you had! How great opportunity you had! And is it gone? Really? That quickly? That suddenly? Have you really brought it to vanish away? The thought is so terribly and inconsolably sad! You are like a wrecking ball for yourselves! You could have succeeded! You could have been so much greater! You could have done it! But you have made your destruction inevitable except you should greatly reverse your path. Your time is almost gone before your destruction (as a company) is made sure. (This is not a threat. I am simply stating the academic facts of the consequences of the choices you have made organizationally. So don't you dare think that I would stoop so low as to threaten you. I am not the source of your destruction. Quite the contrary, I did everything in my power to prevent it. You chose to reject it.) I am very sorry for you. I am exceedingly sorry for you indeed. I couldn't even believe that you would do this to yourselves! I just could not believe it! But my heart burns greatly within me that it is so, and I know now that you did what I never thought you would do. Oh, Imagine Learning, how I loved you. How great you were, and how far you have fallen from grace! The time to correct your path is now. The time to reverse this destruction is yours, and only you can make it. You must be swift. You must be exceedingly swift for your destruction is expedient and is chasing you by the tail and is catching you even in this very hour. Great damage has already been done. Immense damage. All of it you have brought upon yourself. Much of it will be impossible to repair. But you must see the consequences of your choices. You must face them because they will face you. Search yourselves and ask, and you will find. Knock, and it shall be opened to you. Behold, it will be to your company's demise if you do not turn and repent and correct your path. I have said enough. You will know deep within your hearts what you must do if you will search for it. And let it be so.

Pros

-Work from home -Got to work with schools

Cons

- Implemented a new program right before school started. School's were incredibly upset and I had to be the face of it. - Religion is a big factor here (majority Mormon at the headquarters). So many people asked me about my religion. - Pay was not enough for where I was living- I was managing 20+ districts and getting paid less than a teacher in my state.

Thank you for your review and for your work at Imagine Learning. We’re so glad that you felt the people you worked with and the programs we create are “great.” And we’re grateful that you felt the passion we have for helping students reach their academic potential. As you mention, we’ve had a lot of change over the last year and we feel that change is sending us on the right track to grow and improve as a company and reach even more students and educators. Thank you for your contributions and best of luck to you.
