Pros

Imation offers a lot of great benefits (medical, dental, vacation, gym, etc). They also seem to care about employee health and well being. It terms of being a good atmosphere it was a very enjoyable place to work, with lots of people who are very professional.

Cons

The company seems to be very confused about what it wants to do, what market(s) it wants to serve, and how to separate out different business units. The upper management also seems to change it's mind about this and have "re-orgs".

Work life balance, ok salary, good people, nice food in the cafeteria, free swag, close to home, happy hours

Horribly run, product sales are in secular decline for the majority of the product portfolio, consumer products are junk, no value proposotion
