Not much: Flexibility, Strong Brand (I don't know for how long), Learning opportunities

Cons

Clueless CEO Outsourced IT infrastructure Compensation is so-so Low motivation from upper management Slow decision making Redundant staff at some middle, senior level management contributing nothing, not capable of their jobs but have been there in Imation for years/decades Long meetings at times leading in no direction
