If something doesn't go as expected, the focus is _always_ on how we, as a team, can work better, I've never seen anyone try to pin something on someone else. Managers who know how to do their jobs. Culture is inclusive and fun. They do happy hours every Friday (even when we've had to be remote because of Covid) to give us a chance to unwind at the end of the week. Pushed to excel but always given the time and tools I need to get the job done. Everyone takes the time to listen and provide feedback, regardless of whether or not they are part of the task at hand. Huge focus put on wellbeing of the team. If you ever _need_ time off you can take it. It's been around the block.
