Pros
Really big and interesting engineering problems to solve. Highly skilled team that is fun to work with. Everyone is among the smartest people I know in their respective field. The team is very open-minded to new ideas and creative thoughts, though always ready and willing to engage in healthy debate to fully vet an idea. Very compelling long-term vision and very pragmatic short-term goals. Seriously cool technology, both in software and hardware. I am excited to come to work every day.
Cons
Occasionally there are late nights and long hours. Not enough people on the team yet to fully explore all of the cool things we can do and offer. It is a startup, so there are many things that still need to be figured out as we grow.
