Unlimited PTO? more like beg for time off and when you finally get it, the stress of the work waiting for you makes the time off not even worth it! Staff are SEVERLY overworked and SEVERLY underpaid Management does not care about their employees, I told them I was overworked and they did nothing about it... except for give more work Poor team structure, poor work culture, poor work/life balance my advice? look elsewhere
