People generally unhappy working here. Long hours.

Cons

Managers are promoted after yelling and belittling their staff. Senior management sits far away from staff - creating miscommunication and lack of understanding of day to day work.

Great company if you want to spend time with family - very little pressure or urgency to get any work done.

Cons

Poor leadership and upper management. Little appreciation for folks who wants to think outside of box or bring innovative ideas --- management is OK with current waste, doing last minute fire drills on customer issues and not focusing on core product development. One of the worst HR practices in place in the industry, no support to existing and former employees

Great knowledgeable people, good product, you'll never feel boredom, 9 to 5 culture.

Cons

Bad management, poor leadership, no HR practices, poor benefits, reward-less culture - can get easily frustrated for folks who are passionate about what they do, and taking many initiatives to get recognition. Management is not capable of even distinguishing between such people - no annual review process in place either.
