      Flexible schedule Decent hourly rate for walking around a Wal-Mart and harassing customers

      Cons

      high turnover management manipulates and lies frequently lots of driving, and wear and tear on your vehicle mind numbing work unrealistic bonus mislead about how much money can be made mislead about growth potential extremely over-priced work (scam artists) 10-18K for a bathroom remodel... only know how to micro-manage only promote "golden boys" DO NOT take this job, It's a trap! EXTREMELY UNETHICAL

      Pros

      Easy to work you just go to the location they send you to and then you talk to the prospects trying to make an appointment with them to sell the product, in this case bathroom or window remodel. Script is easy to memorize and all you do is walk and talk to the prospects, no real physical work.

      Cons

      If you wanna be rejected 100+ times this is for you! You're basically in the different location searching for a needle in the haystack. It is very much possible to gain new customers to get the products improveit offers. Although, it comes with the price of uncertainty and the willingness to keep your attitude 100% positive and smile and be upbeat all day even if you're not feeling that way at all or life is presenting some difficulties for you.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As a performance-based organization, our compensation plans offer competitive hourly pay plus unlimited bonus incentive earnings. Performance-based bonus incentives are being attained by our staff on a regular basis and vary based on the individual's commitment, focus and dedication to being at their best. In addition to our initial training program which lasts more than 4 weeks, employees are supported through ongoing one-on-one coaching, as well as group training and monthly marketing training events. There is also a wide array training videos, recordings and other materials designed to support each employee's top performance. Many of our staff regularly report earning more than they ever have in any position before joining our organization. We're happy that we are able to have a positive impact on the lives of so many. Compensation plans are designed to be easy to understand and reviewed with each new employee before they make their decision to join the Company.
