Pros

None at all. The pay stinks and the benefits are non-existent. You will never get a weekend off in marketing. You will talk to people who have already been approach 100 times and they will tell you where to go!

Cons

Where to begin? This company is totally corrupt. Bad ownership, high pressure sales consultations, horrible way to market products. Near impossible to hit bonuses due to 80% of your appointments getting canceled. Products are way over hyped and way over priced. Lies Lies Lies. Work anywhere but here!

Pros

They sell a great window but everyone has the same features. Worked with some really great people.

Cons

Where to start. Lets see promised I would make lots of money...didn't happen. All the leads I could handle didn't happen. Work on a less then 2 hour notice and sometimes not even in the same City I was working. If you could sell to the crappy leads you got you made no money. Tons and tons of miles on your personal vehicle. High pressure sales pitch. I was at a house once for 4 1/2 hours made the sale at 11:30 p.m. only to have them rescind on the deal. Wife didn't believe I could be in someones house that late until she talked to the guys I work with and saw my phone. Buyer beware the product they sell is quality but way way over priced. Owner is very mean to his upper management if they don't get the numbers he wants had heard the sales guys are a dime a dozen and can easily be replaced.

Pros

Got to meet a lot of new people and got to direct them to better companies because I like helping people not ripping them off

Cons

Where to start? I was told that I would only be in two locations, yet I had to drive to multiple locations that were over an hour away. I was told at the interview that I would get at least 40 hrs a week well guess what? That was another lie, I only got 30 to 32 hours. I have a pregnant wife and apparently her being 6 months and throwing up and being dehydrated wasn't a good enough reason to call off. Also being told to not take no for an answer didn't sit well with me. They expected for me to try and get retired people that only lived on a set income each month to but bathtubs that cost 25k and walk in showers that cost 12k. The whole time working here I felt like the guy on home shopping network selling crap knifes.
