It's a manipulation from the time you walk in the door. They lie about your commission structure and how you're paid. They'll use you, burn you out and they'll hire another class. If you read reviews, you'll see a history of their unethical practices.

I am not sure where to start. They lie to you in training. They do give you set appointments but the appointments are supposed to be given out in a batting order. That does not happen the managers go through the appointment's and give the solid ones to their buddies. If you are not on the buddies list you will get a bunch of no shows and one legs. They are really good at making you feel like you are making a bunch of money. Your page gets built up but they hold it ransom. They dictate how much of your money they give you. As the money sits on your page they find reasons to remove it. They will tell you a job came in short so you lost money for that. They will tell you a manager had to go to the project and make a change so they took money for that. While all this is going on your page is going down. The worst thing about it is they wont tell you till you ask what is going on with my money!!! when you ask that is when all the excuses come out. Another thing that is shady is the ride a longs the managers do. They are required to do so many ride a longs a month by the office. They make sure it is a good appointment they come sit in the house with you and answer emails while you do your job. When you sell it they take 50% of the commission because they was there. If you ever decide to quit to go better your self you can forget about getting paid the money they owe you. They wont pay till all the projects are install you have on your page. They make it look like all of your projects come up short and dont pay you a dime. They stole about 13k from me when I left. Just FYI I did not get fired from this job. I found a better job and a more secure job and when I gave my 2 weeks they begged me to stay.
