      Great for an after school job

      Pros

      In N Out has a flexible schedule. You can work any number of shifts and most managers will work with you around school or other restraints you may have. The pay is great and the ability to move up is also easy.

      Cons

      Sometimes your shift doesn't always end when its supposed to, depending on business that day you may end up staying longer then you wanted or could. Breaks are not always given on time or not at all. Sometimes you can be coerced into working another shift or a longer one by a manager who plays the guilt card. "we just won't have enough people to cover this shift, if you could stay it would really help. I'm asking you because your a real good employee."

      Pros

      Supportive managers and upper-level workers. Enjoyable work environment. Good pay for food services job, promotions were easy to achieve as long as showed initiative. Very organized system of training and food delivery.

      Cons

      Hectic during rush hours, some times a little disorganized. Some managers were difficult to work with and obviously picked favorites.

      Pros

      Good training ground. Supportive employees and camaraderie. Training is well done and there is job rotation so everyone shares in the work.

      Cons

      Work schedule is not always flexible. Sometimes I cannot get the time off if I can not secure a replacement.
